How do I return my products?
With our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the return process is straightforward. Simply return the product(s), within 60 days of receipt, for a full refund of your purchase price (minus shipping and handling). Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to the products purchased on Eve’s Garden online store. For returning items purchased from our online store, simply complete the Return Form and send it to our Customer Service department on the following e-mail: cservice@marinacosmeticlab.com. Pack the item(s) to be returned, along with the Return Form, in the original package if possible. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and the reason for the return. Please include a copy of your invoice in the package and send it to the following address:

We suggest that you obtain a Certificate of Mailing from your post office and keep it for your records until your refund appears in your account. We will always do our best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible. Once the returned products have been received in our system, we will credit your account for the price of the items returned (minus shipping and handling). Refunds will be issued in the manner in which you originally paid and you will be notified by e-mail.

Regrettably, we cannot cancel or modify orders which are already preceded with payment. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
