Free shipping on all orders worldwide over $150! We also offer a complementary shipping for all orders over 1000 MKD in North Macedonia and for all orders over 30€ in the following countries: Serbia, Kosovo and Albania. 

SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES

Eve’s Garden Online orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays).

All the orders are processed and shipped in 3 - 7 business days, depending on product availability. Most orders placed by 12PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day.

PLEASE NOTE: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Massage body butter due to it’s consistency can be shipped only to the following countries: North Macedonia, Serbia, Kosovo and Albania.

 

Eve’s Garden does not guarantee order delivery dates and is not responsible for carrier processing delays. All orders are subject to processing and handling times; we will do our best to get your order processed as fast as possible.

Our shipping carrier does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they delivery to Post Office boxes.

2-7 working days via DHL - $35.00 worldwide delivery

2-3 working days via ELS - 150 MKD North Macedonia only

2-5 working days via ELS - 5€ for Serbia, Kosovo and Albania

RETURN A PRODUCT

With our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the return process is straightforward. Simply return the product(s), within 60 days of receipt, for a full refund of your purchase price (minus shipping and handling). Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to the products purchased on Eve’s Garden online store. For returning items purchased from our online store, simply complete the Return Form and send it to our Customer Service department on the following e-mail: cservice@marinacosmeticlab.com. Pack the item(s) to be returned, along with the Return Form, in the original package if possible. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and the reason for the return. Please include a copy of your invoice in the package and send it to the following address:

We suggest that you obtain a Certificate of Mailing from your post office and keep it for your records until your refund appears in your account. We will always do our best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible. Once the returned products have been received in our system, we will credit your account for the price of the items returned (minus shipping and handling). Refunds will be issued in the manner in which you originally paid and you will be notified by e-mail.


Damage Items

When your order arrives, please inspect your package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If your package is damage or defective please retain the box, the packing material and product(s) inside and contact cservice@marinacosmeticlab.com to report the claim.
